Giftoria complies fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos and a description of the issue so we can assess and resolve the matter promptly.


Exclusions

Unless required by law, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
