Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances.

Giftoria currently delivers Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Free Standard Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over AUD $65. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

 

Orders Under $65

Shipping rates are calculated based on parcel weight:

 

Up to 250g

  • Standard Shipping: AUD $5.95
  • Express Shipping: AUD $8.95

250g–500g

  • Standard Shipping: AUD $8.95
  • Express Shipping: AUD $11.95

500g and over

  • Standard Shipping: AUD $11.95
  • Express Shipping: AUD $14.95

Your shipping charge will be shown at checkout before payment.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times within Australia are:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Interstate or Heavy Orders: 3–8 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–4 business days

Delivery to remote or regional areas may take longer.

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.


Sending a Gift Directly to Someone?

Yes. You can send your Giftoria order directly to the recipient by entering their delivery address at checkout. You can also add a complimentary gift message to selected Giftoria orders, making it easy to send a thoughtful gift even when you can't be there in person. Choose from our ready-made Gift Sets or create something more personal with our Build Your Own Gift Box.
