Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship to Australian addresses only.
Shipping Fees
Giftoria offers flat rate shipping within Australia via Australia Post (AusPost).
Orders over AUD $85 qualify for free standard shipping.
For orders under AUD $85, the following flat shipping rates apply based on parcel weight:
- Up to 250g
Standard Shipping: AUD $5.95
Express Shipping: AUD $8.95
- 250g to 500g
Standard Shipping: AUD $8.95
Express Shipping: AUD $11.95
- 500g and Over
Standard Shipping: AUD $12.95
Express Shipping: AUD $15.95
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. We currently deliver Australia-wide using Australia Post for safe and reliable shipping.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Interstate / Heavy Orders: 3–8 business days
- Remote Areas or Express Services: 1–4 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, where available.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.
Giftoria is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
